If you need a receipt, just enter your email address into the tablet when you exit, and it will be emailed to you. A member of staff will always be in store to answer any questions during your visit.

Yes, when you use your credit or debit card to enter the store, a temporary pre-authorisation hold is placed on your card to verify its validity. This is a standard practice, like when hotels hold an amount at check-in or when using contactless payment on public transport. The hold is automatically released by your bank, usually within a few days, depending on your provider. No money will be taken from your account and the amount will not appear as a transaction on your statement.
Payment can be made using your virtual wallet (Apple/Google Pay), or Credit / Debit Card. Unfortunately, the store does not accept Maestro cards, however, all other major providers are accepted.
