The world’s largest contemporary choir, Rock Choir, announce a history-making arena show at bp pulse LIVE, Birmingham, on 29th November 2025.
Rock Choir LIVE: The Ultimate Christmas Party promises to be an immersive and exhilarating musical celebration like no other. Audiences from across the UK are expected to travel in their thousands to Birmingham, with many taking part in the show itself, singing in unison as part of a powerful and fully interactive performance. Others will come to witness the electrifying spectacle of thousands of voices united in song.
Joining Rock Choir LIVE on stage as special guests will be multi-platinum-selling, acclaimed singer-songwriter Emeli Sandé, smash-hit singing sensation Sam Ryder and Martin Kemp as well as new announcement Russell Watson.
Emeli Sandé has risen to become one of Britain’s most successful and respected artists. The winner of the Critics’ Choice prize at the Brit Awards, in a blaze of critical acclaim and praise from legendary artists including Madonna and Alicia Keys. Sandé’s hit singles include ‘Heaven’, ‘Read All About It’ and ‘Next To Me’. Her album ‘Our Version Of Events’ was the biggest-selling album of the year, surpassing Adele’s debut 21.
Sam Ryder, best known for his dynamic performances and heartfelt songwriting, is gearing up for an exciting 2025, with the release of some brand-new singles and a highly anticipated second album. Sam rose to fame after he represented the UK in the Eurovision Song Contest, performing his song ‘Space Man’, which took the world by storm, giving the United Kingdom its best Eurovision result since 1998 and the highest-charting UK Eurovision entry in over a quarter of a century. A natural showman with huge stage charisma and a vocal range like no other.
Actor, TV personality and star of Spandau Ballet, Martin Kemp will open the concert with his infamous 80s DJ Set, spinning non-stop nostalgia and unstoppable sing-along hits. Kemp has toured all over the world and has forged a reputation for bringing the biggest party atmosphere to every venue he performs at.
In a very special moment during the evening, the audience will be joined by the UK’s best- selling classical tenor, Russell Watson - famously known as ‘The Voice’ and often hailed as ‘The People’s Tenor’. Russell has captivated audiences worldwide with his powerful,
emotional performances. This unique appearance will bring a poignant and emotional highlight to the concert. There won’t be a dry eye in the arena.
Rock Choir LIVE will feature massive sing-along anthems and chart-topping hits from the decades, and will end with a Christmas-inspired finale. Dance and sing along to a jam- packed set featuring the feel-good hits from the world’s most iconic artists and bands, from Queen to Keane, Jess Glynne to Tina Turner, Bon Jovi to Take That, Earth Wind and Fire to ELO, as well as favourite and nostalgic Christmas hits of our time.
The Rock Choir Vocal Group will perform throughout the concert. This accomplished ensemble, comprising over 100 dynamic vocalists and musicians, will lead the audience through each song and drive the energy of the show from start to finish. The concert will also feature the founder of the Rock Choir phenomenon and pioneer of the contemporary choir movement in the UK, award-winning singer Caroline Redman Lusher MBE.
Regularly featured on national television and at major cultural and sporting events, they have earned a reputation for delivering show-stopping performances on the biggest stages.
Rock Choir is encouraging singers, families, friends and choirs from all over the country to come along to the concerts. Tickets are still available for the 7pm show. The 1.15pm matinee is now sold out.
