EV charging voucher promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions apply to the bp pulse 
LIVE one-year anniversary EV charging voucher offer (the “Promotion”).
By participating in the Promotion or by accepting a voucher, participants are deemed to have 
accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency, 
these terms and conditions take precedence over any other communications, including advertising 
or promotional materials.
2. Promoter
Chargemaster Limited (trading as bp pulse), Breckland, Linford Wood, Milton Keynes, MK14 6GY 
(“the Promoter”).
3. Eligibility
3.1 This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and 
Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over.
3.2 Employees of the Promoter, its agents, their immediate families, and anyone professionally 
connected with the Promotion are excluded from participation.
3.3 The Promotion is open only to fully electric vehicle (EV) owners. Hybrid and internal combustion 
engine vehicles are not eligible. Proof of EV ownership may be required.
4. Promotional Period
The Promotion opens at 16:00 on 15 November 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 29 November 2025.
5. Participating Events
The bp pulse EVIP Lounge will operate during the following bp pulse LIVE events at the NEC Arena in 
November 2025: Bastille, Hits Radio Live, Halestorm, and Rock Choir Live (evening session only).
If any event is cancelled or if the bp pulse EVIP Lounge is closed for any reason, the Promoter will not 
be responsible or liable for non-redemption of vouchers.
6. How to Participate
6.1 Participants must:
• Pre-book a place in the bp pulse EVIP Lounge for one of the participating events; and
• Attend and check in at the Lounge during their allocated session.
6.2 Lounge entry is subject to capacity and bp pulse LIVE event ticket terms and conditions, available 
at: https://www.necgroup.co.uk/nec-group-arenas-arena-rules/.
6.3 Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-booking does not guarantee admission if the 
Lounge is full. Once capacity is reached, entry will operate on a one-in, one-out basis.
6.4 Each eligible Lounge attendee who is an EV driver may receive one EV charging voucher.
7. The Offer
7.1 Each eligible participant will receive a £10 bp pulse EV charging voucher upon check-in at the bp 
pulse EVIP Lounge.
7.2 To redeem, participants must:
• Download the bp pulse app;
• Create or log into a bp pulse account; and
• Enter their unique voucher code within the app.
7.3 The voucher is redeemable at any UK bp pulse charge point, subject to availability, charger 
functionality, and the voucher’s validity period.
7.4 The voucher code must be redeemed via the bp pulse app by midnight on 30 November 2025. 
Once the voucher code has been successfully entered into the bp pulse app, it is valid for 3 months. 
7.5 No cash or alternative reward will be provided, and the voucher is non-transferable, non exchangeable, and cannot be resold.
7.6 If participants experience issues redeeming their voucher, they should contact bp pulse 
Customer Care at 0800 464 3444.
7.7 The Promoter is unable to send vouchers by post, email, SMS or WhatsApp to participants who 
do not attend in person.
8. General Conditions
8.1 No bulk, third-party, or automated entries are permitted. The Promoter reserves the right to 
disqualify any participant who manipulates, tampers with, or abuses the entry process, including by 
using false details or multiple identities.
8.2 All costs and expenses not expressly included in the offer (e.g. event tickets, travel, 
accommodation, food or drink) are the sole responsibility of the participant.
8.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility, including EV ownership and residence status.
9. Liability
9.1 Except where required by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any incomplete, lost, 
delayed, or corrupted entries or claims.
9.2 The Promoter will not be liable for any technical malfunction, system failure, or event beyond its 
reasonable control that prevents participation or voucher redemption.
9.3 The Promoter and its agents accept no liability for any loss, injury, or damage (including indirect 
or consequential loss) arising out of participation or use of the voucher, except for liability that 
cannot be excluded by law (such as personal injury, death, or fraud).
10. Cancellation or Amendment
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion, or these terms and 
conditions, where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Reasonable efforts 
will be made to minimise any impact on participants.
11. Data Protection
Personal data provided in connection with this Promotion will be processed by the Promoter, Cvent, 
and Earn Studios Ltd for the purpose of administering the Promotion and verifying eligibility.

Participants may request access to, or correction of, their data, or exercise other data rights, by 
contacting the Promoter using the details above.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of England 
and Wales. Participants can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if 
resident in Scotland, in either the Scottish or English courts.
