Everything you need for a comfortable visit
Some guests find the sounds, lights and bustle of a live event a lot to take in. Our Sensory Support Packs contain practical items that may help you feel more comfortable during your visit.
You can reserve a pack before the performance and collect it from Customer Services when you arrive. Packs are free to borrow, with a refundable deposit taken on collection.
As the UK’s first arena group to introduce pre-bookable sensory support, we are removing barriers so our visitors can feel supported and stay for the whole show.
How It Works
Packs are available in limited numbers. A refundable deposit of £50 is payable when you collect your pack.

Reserve: Book in advance through the event’s ticket booking system on AXS.

Arrive: Head to Customer Services at the Main Entrance and provide your reservation name.

Return: After the performance, return the pack and all contents to Customer Services to receive your deposit refund.

We have partnered with Emmaus Safe to assemble and deliver our bespoke, reusable Sensory Support Packs. This collaboration allows us to provide a high-quality, lightweight support kit for our guests while supporting Emmaus.
What are the deposit amounts and refund conditions?
A refundable deposit of £50 is taken on collection at Customer Services. Return your pack with all original contents intact after the show to receive a full refund back to your payment card.
Can I get a pack on the night without pre-booking?
Pre-booking is strongly recommended to guarantee availability. While a very limited number of unbooked packs may be available for walk-ups at Customer Services on the night on a first-come, first-served basis, this is not guaranteed if all packs have been reserved in advance.
How do I get my deposit back?
Simply return the pack with all its contents to Customer Services after the performance. Your £50 deposit will be refunded directly back to your payment card.
Where do I collect and return my pack?
Collection and return are both located at Customer Services by the Main Entrance. Our concourses feature step-free routes, and stewards are nearby to assist. Check our venue map to locate the Customer Service Office.
What if I feel overwhelmed during the event?
You can leave your seat and return at any time. We have dedicated quiet spaces and welfare points open across the venue. Just speak to any steward, you do not need to explain everything; simply telling them you need a calm space is enough.
Will there be loud noises or flashing lights at the performance?
Yes, arena shows are high-sensory environments. Strobe, pyrotechnic, and volume warnings are published ahead of the show on our website, so you can plan ahead. Ear defenders and personal sensory aids are always welcome.
Can I bring a companion or personal assistant?
Yes. Free personal-assistant / companion tickets are available once eligibility is confirmed through the Access Card system.
