Horse of the Year Show returns to bp pulse LIVE and The NEC this October. Don’t miss the equestrian event of the year with a timetable jam-packed full of action, entertainment and the best horses and ponies on the circuit, there’s something for everyone at HOYS – you won’t be disappointed!

Our bag policy

Please note that on Horse of the Year Show average sized handbags and average rucksacks will be permitted.

 

If you are bringing large/wheeled bags to the event, please note these will be checked on entry, we then ask that these are left at one of the Pony Club Bag Drops within the show.

Age limits

Seated: Under 14 year olds MUST be accompanied by an adult aged 18yrs + with a valid ticket, into the venue. (i.e. 14yrs and over can come into the building on their own with a valid ticket).

Standing: Under 14 year olds are not permitted on a standing floor.
14 and 15 year olds are only permitted on a standing floor when accompanied by an adult aged 18yrs +.

Food & drink

Picnics are not permitted, however we will not confiscate small amounts of food or soft drinks for personal consumption.

Re-usable water bottles are permitted.

The following items are not permitted into the venue: any item that could contravene our licence or cause disruption to the show or other visitors’ experience. These include: glass bottles, thermos flasks, alcohol, picnic hampers, cool boxes, fake/replica weapons, large flags/banners, helium balloons, studded belts, dog collars, trouser chains, sharp/large rings, controlled drugs, large professional cameras with detachable lenses, video and audio recorders, tripods, selfie sticks, smoke grenades, flares and fireworks, any item which is intended, or can be adapted, to be used as a weapon, or compromise public safety
