Important Information about the Show
- Please arrive early, the show will start promptly! We’d hate for you to miss the fun.
- We’re excited to see you! Just a quick heads-up: merchandise from unauthorised sellers may not be permitted into the arena. Our official vendors have a fantastic selection of authentic products, and we appreciate your support.
- Special Effects will be in use during this performance.
- Planning your visit? Please remember that outside food, including packed lunches, aren’t allowed. You can, however bring a small plastic bottle of water. Our food kiosks will be open with plenty of options!

Our bag policy
All bags are inspected before entry. To expedite the process and enhance safety, we recommend not bringing a bag to our venue.
However, we understand that some of you may need to bring essential items. If so, please ensure your bag MUST meet the following criteria:
- No bigger than A4 in size (21cm x 30cm x 19cm)
- Maximum of 2 compartments
- Rucksacks are not permitted
Age limits
Seated: Under 14 year olds MUST be accompanied by an adult aged 18yrs + with a valid ticket, into the venue. (i.e. 14yrs and over can come into the building on their own with a valid ticket).
Standing: Under 14 year olds are not permitted on a standing floor.
14 and 15 year olds are only permitted on a standing floor when accompanied by an adult aged 18yrs +.
