Our bag policy
All bags are inspected before entry. To expedite the process and enhance safety, we recommend not bringing a bag to our venue.
However, we understand that some of you may need to bring essential items. If so, please ensure your bag MUST meet the following criteria:
- No bigger than A4 in size (21cm x 30cm x 19cm)
- Maximum of 2 compartments
- Rucksacks are not permitted
Age limits
Seated: Under 14 year olds MUST be accompanied by an adult aged 18yrs + with a valid ticket, into the venue. (i.e. 14yrs and over can come into the building on their own with a valid ticket).
Standing: Under 14 year olds are not permitted on a standing floor.
14 and 15 year olds are only permitted on a standing floor when accompanied by an adult aged 18yrs +.
Food & drink
Arrive early and treat yourself to delicious food and drink before the show starts!
Enjoy epic burgers, Loaded Fries with a variety of toppings, and more. Vegan and vegetarian options are also available – just ask our staff.
Looking for a drink? With bars across both floors, including favourites like Pravha, Stowford Press, and Brewdog, you’ll have plenty to choose from. For quick service, visit Max’s Bar between the Forum and Arena Bowl – our online orders only bar where you can skip the queue and collect your drink hassle-free.
Please note that outside food and drinks are not permitted.
