How do I book tickets?

You can book tickets online through by simply tapping the 'Get Tickets' button on the event you wish to attend from our What's On page.

If you have accessiblity requirements, tickets for accessible areas of the arena are sold online for all events (subject to availability). From the booking page just select the Accessible Tickets tile.

Our official ticketing partner is AXS. Please be aware that if you buy your tickets from unauthorised outlets you run the risk of being refused entry to the venue or not getting a refund if the event is cancelled or postponed.

What is a presale?

Think of a presale as an early bird for tickets. It gives a select group of fans a chance to buy tickets ahead of everyone else.

The main benefits of a presale are:

Better Access: You get an earlier shot at securing tickets, which is especially crucial for high-demand events.
Wider Selection: You often have a better choice of seating or ticket packages before the general sale inventory is released.

Don't Miss Out!

The absolute best way to get access to the most presales is by signing up for our official mailing list!

We regularly partner with artists to offer presales directly to our subscribers. If you want to be among the first to know about upcoming events to purchase tickets early, make sure you sign up for our mailing list today!
