This November sees one year since bp pulse LIVE opened its doors - a partnership that has made our landmark arena even more iconic by turning it blue! But that’s not all – bp pulse has also created thousands of EVIPs thanks to the Every EV is a VIP programme. An initiative which incentivises EV journeys and offers EV drivers special perks.
To celebrate the one-year anniversary, bp pulse is rolling out the red carpet for visitors heading to participating events at bp pulse LIVE in November.
Whether you’re an EV driver or BPme Rewards member, you can enjoy star treatment when you book the bp pulse EVIP Lounge.

About the EVIP Lounge
The EVIP Lounge is a premium space located on the mezzanine level of the forum at bp pulse LIVE. A relaxed space with comfortable seating, an exclusive menu and bar, and a private entrance to skip the queue – it’s the perfect pre-show experience!
You can also help yourself to a free hot drink from the new self-serve machine, and stay connected with complimentary wifi and phone charging.
Available to book for EV drivers and BPme Rewards members. Participating evening events only. Proof of EV ownership and / or BPme Rewards membership required.
The EVIP Lounge will be open for the following events in November:
Bastille, Hits Radio Live, Halestorm and Rock Choir Live (evening performance only).

· One voucher per EV driver pre-booked into the bp pulse EVIP Lounge for a qualifying event in November.
· You must pre-register for bp pulse LIVE and check in at the EVIP Lounge to receive your voucher.
· You may be asked for proof of EV ownership –your EV management app on your phone will suffice.
· If you do not attend the EVIP Lounge for your pre-booked event, you will not receive your voucher. Vouchers cannot be sent by post, SMS, or email.
How do I get the voucher?
· Collect your voucher at the EVIP Lounge check-in desk on the event night.
· Each voucher has a unique code (one-time use).
· To redeem the voucher, the entrant must download the bp pulse app, create an account, and enter the provided unique code.
· Each voucher is worth £10 to be used at a bp pulse EV charging point
· No cash alternative.
· Download the bp pulse app (or update to the latest version if you already have it)
· Register your details if you’re a new user
· Enter the offer code in the ‘Offers & Promotions’ section of the bp pulse app
· The voucher is redeemable at any UK bp pulse charge point, subject to availability, proper charger functionality, and the voucher’s validity period.
How long is it valid for?
· You must add the voucher code to the bp pulse app before the date specified on the voucher. You then have three months within which to use the credit.
Anything else I should know?
· Vouchers are non-transferable and can’t be exchanged, sold or redeemed for cash.
· Lost or damaged vouchers won’t be replaced
· bp pulse may amend or withdraw the offer at any time
· If the user is having problems redeeming the voucher they must notify bp pulse customer care by calling 0800 464 3444.
